| ADV to replace Newtype USA with new magazine called "PiQ" | Fri, 11 Jan 2008 |
|
Coming soon after yesterday's news that ADV intend to cease publication of Newtype USA (as of February 2008), the company have already announced that they will be quickly replacing it with a new one called "PiQ" (as in “sneak peak”), which is set to cover a broader range of Japanese pop culture, from the staples of anime and manga to video games. All subscriptions to Newtype USA will be carried over into PiQ and it looks set to begin its publication mid-March 2008.
