How did you discover anime?
DBZ on Cartoon Network, then after some web surfing, I discovered Ghost in the Shell, just after the 2nd Matrix movie came out and watched it, considering the movie was somewhat inspired by it (the manga that is). Next followed, DragonBall, Cowboy Bebop and Neon Genesis Evangelion, and I was hooked.
How much anime do you actually watch? Ever made the time to read manga too?
At the moment, some Naruto, some Bleach and some FMA: Brotherhood. That's all the time a get since moving away from home.

Don't read manga yet, already spend too much time reading (mostly online news and subbed Anime/Movies), I'm not sure I want to read any more. That said, I'm currently thinking of buying the Trigun Manga, especially with the news on some new volumes coming soon (in Japan and hopefully here as well).
Other than the obvious anime addiction, what else do you enjoy?
Reading about technology, like watching Sci-Fi movies and series. Enjoy thriller, mystery and action movies.

Also into PC gaming, my Steam id is 1nsignia (yep, starts with the number 1, not a typo).
What is it that you love about anime?
The sheer creativity in the story and animation. The ability to express worlds that other mediums or even other animation (i.e. US animation) and live action find difficulty in expressing. Could you imagine an American Naruto or and British Deathnote.
