GDH and Leaguer Group Announce Business Partnership for...

GDH K.K. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Shinichiro Ishikawa, Securities Code: TSE Mothers 3755, hereafter GDH) has announced that it has concluded an agreement related to an establishment of a joint venture in Shanghai with Shenzhen Leaguer DTV Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shenzhen, China, Chairman: Feng Guanping, hereafter Leaguer DTV) and its affiliate company Ningbo Success Multi-Media Communication Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Zhejiang, China, Chairman: Ma Feihong, hereafter Ningbo Success).

The joint venture company, tentatively called Leaguer Gonzo Culture & Entertainment Corporation, will be launched in Shanghai to distribute Japanese audio visual content via the Internet. As its first venture, the company will provide anime contents to Ningbo Success's video distribution portal, giving users a new channel to enjoy GONZO titles and various other content that GDH manages for a monthly flat rate. Leaguer Gonzo Culture & Entertainment Corporation plans to expand its field of operation into digital TV broadcasting, merchandising, and animation production in the future.

Leaguer DTV is a digital television system company established by Tsinghua University. Owning a unique wireless digital TV platform which is the largest in China, Leaguer DTV is one of the most prominent companies in mainland China's high-technology industry. Ningbo Success operates bbvod.net (http://www.bbvod.net/), the largest video distribution portal in China that provides a wide variety of audio and visual content to more than 30 million users.
