Information about Tokyo International Anime Fair 2008

We would like to inform you about our "Tokyo International Anime Fair 2008".

[ABOUT TOKYO INTERNATIONAL ANIME FAIR]

The Tokyo International Anime Fair 2008, which is sponsored by the governor of Tokyo, is the largest anime exhibition. At the Tokyo International Anime Fair 2007 that was held in March 2007, we were able to welcome 106,395 visitors including overseas.

This anime exhibition features a "trade fair" with booth exhibits by anime-related companies, "events" including spectacular stage performances and theater movie showings/displays, the "Tokyo Anime Awards (Competition)" in which outstanding anime works are presented with awards, "Symposiums" that provide the latest information on the anime-related companies, and the "Creators World" which is a program to support talented young creators in their ventures into business.

The Fair will be held on March 27(Thu) to 30th(Sun), 2008 at the Tokyo Big Sight.
March 27th to 28th are the business days of our Fair.
March 29th to 30th are the public days of our Fair.

If you would like to be an exhibitor in our Fair, application for exhibition has already started.
