DMP launch new Osamu Tezuka Kickstarter: Ludwig B

Digital Manga Publishing has started their latest Kickstarter project to release more of the work of Osamu Tezuka.

Their latest scheme is to release both volumes of Ludwig B, a biography of the composer Beethoven during his younger years. It was one of Tezuka’s last works and remained unfinished by the time of his death in February 1989. DMP is seeking $21,600 to fund the project, with the deadline being 27th December.

This is the latest in a series of Kickstarter projects by DMP to release all of Tezuka’s work. So far they have successfully crowdfunded the released of Swallowing the Earth, Barbara, Unico, Atomcat, Triton of the Sea and Captain Ken. Their last project however, to fund the release 31 volumes from six series at the same time, failed to reach its target by some margin.
