CMs for Initial D Anime Film
Shuichi Shigeno’s The Initial D manga series (published in Young Magazine 1995 – 2013) has spawned a massive franchise with 48 tankobon volumes and multiple OAVs and TV anime. Prepare to add a trilogy of anime films, the first of which will be released in Japan on August 23rd! Prepping for the release, avex picture’s official YouTube channel has the CMs up and ready for viewing as well as the trailer, all of which are below.
The movie is directed by Masamitsu Hidaka (Linebarrels of Iron) and the screenplay has been written by Mayori Sekijima (Shadow Skill (OAV), Orguss 2 (OAV). Seiyuu confirmed are Mamoru Miyano, Daisuke Ono, Maaya Uchida, Junichi Suwabe, and Yuichi Nakamura. LIDEN Films and SANZIGEN Animation Studio are collaborating to bring the action to the big screen.
