Mai Mai Miracle Meets its $75,000 Stretch Goal and Director Interview

Anime Limited’s Kickstarter campaign for Mai Mai Miracle has met its $75,000 Stretch Goal a few days ago which means that a theatrical pamphlet will be made available. The organisers are currently thinking up a new stretch goal and hope that, if negotiations go well, it will be the Mai Mai Miracle soundtrack. In the meantime, organisers have released exciting news in the shape of people getting to ask the director of the film, Sunao Katabuchi, questions on Reddit.

Here’s the information from the organisers:

I’m very excited to announce that Sunao Katabuchi will be answering YOUR questions in an Ask Me Anything session on Reddit on Thursday, 27th February at 6pm EST, 11pm GMT and 8am Tokyo!

Katabuchi-san has kindly and enthusiastically agreed to take some time out on Thursday evening to speak to fans and answer questions. This is a great and rare opportunity for fans around the world to interact directly with an anime industry luminary. What will YOU ask?

The AMA thread will open about 15 minutes prior to the6pm/11pm start time – so feel free to get your questions in early.
