New YuruYuri Animation Project Announced

Today, Namori, the creator of the YuruYuri 4-koma slice of life comedy manga announced that a brand new anime project has received the green light. It is currently unknown whether this new series will be a third television anime series following the two seasons that aired in 2011 and 2012, or a new project entirely. Namori also thanked her fans for their support of YuruYuri so far.

The two previous seasons of YuruYuri were streamed as their aired on Crunchyroll and released in North America by NIS America, although a UK release has yet to be announced.
