A Town Where You Live TV Ad

The summer anime season is about to kick off soon and the adverts are coming thick and fast. Here is a commercial for Gonzo’s adaptation of the manga A Town Where You Live (Kimi no Iru Machi) by Kouji Seo.

Synopsis

Haruto Kirishima is about to attend high school in a rural part of Hiroshima Prefecture. He has feelings for a girl named Nanami Kanzaki but his romantic intentions are about to become complicated when a girl from Tokyo shows up to live with his family. She’s Yuzuki Eba and she’s the daughter of his father’s friend so they are not related. Furthermore, she will be attending the same school. Can Haruto deal with this new situation?

This adaptation is animated by Gonzo and is directed by Shigeyasu Yamauchi (Dream Eater Merry) and Reiko Yoshida (K-ON!) is handling the scripts. Voice actors include Yoshimasa Hosoya (Yukitaka Tsutsui in Level E), Megumi Nakajima (Ruri Aiba in Sacred Seven) and Ayane Sakura (Mei Yanase Aiura).

The anime will premiere on TV Tokyo on July 13th.
