Synopsis

Kasumi lives the life of a normal high school girl with her twin sister Shizuku. Then her world falls apart when the Medusa virus sweeps across the globe, turning people into stone-like corpses. In order to find a cure, scientists select 160 people to enter an experiment which will see them put into hibernation in cold sleep capsules in a Scottish castle. Kasumi goes to sleep hoping to be reunited with her twin sister and in a world cured of the Medusa virus but when she wakes up she finds that the facility that housed the sleep capsules is in decay and has been invaded by a jungle full of vine covered thorns. Worse things lurk in this jungle and she and a handful of survivors will have to dig deep to survive. Kasumi will have to be extra careful because some of these survivors have agendas of their own.
