Trailer for Persona 4 the Animation Sat, 17 Sep 2011

A new trailer for Persona 4 the Animation has begun streaming and features a few lines from each character and Shoji Meguro’s background music.



The anime adaptation of the game has been overseen by Aniplex and uses the same characters and setting as the Persona 4 game where a group of friends in the rural town of Inaba investigate a series of mysterious murders which occur during bouts of fog after heavy rain and seem to be linked to a mysterious channel named Mayonaka TV appears  on television at  midnight  where a person can see his/her “other half” watching the channel.

The animation sees the return of Persona 4 veterans, Shoki Meguro who is covering the music and Shigenori Soejima, the original art director. Persona 4 The Animation will begin airing on the 6th of October in Japan on MBS.
