Funimation get space opera/mecha anime Heroic Age Tue, 1 Jul 2008

Continuing their recent spate of anime acquisitions, last night Funimation confirmed their licensing of Heroic Age; a 26-episode Greek mythology inspired space opera/mecha anime from 2007. According to Anime News Network, the US-based anime publisher doesn't intend to release it on DVD until 2009, so, if Funimation are planning to release Heroic Age in the UK too (via Revelation Films), the latter half of 2009/first half of 2010 might be a fair estimate.
