Beez bringing The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya to the UK Mon, 25 Feb 2008

Beez Entertainment have today confirmed their acquisition of fan favourite sci-fi/comedy 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya', with monthly consecutive UK DVD releases slated to begin on the 24th of May (at the London Expo) and running through to 8th August (the final volume will be debuting at UK anime convention AmeCon 2008).

As a way of encouraging you to "buy from the UK release" rather than import, Beez will be using "the Madman Entertainment (based in Australia) masters, bringing you the highest video quality possible" and providing customers with "all the extra goodies you can imagine - just like you saw in the US". The press release goes on to say "each volume will have a regular release of £19.99, while the Volume 1 LE will cost an RRP of £39.99 and the other 3 LE's will have an RRP of £34.99."
