The Mysterious Cities of Gold on UK DVD - February 2008 Tue, 9 Oct 2007

Fabulous Films, who have previously published the first DVD volume of Inuyasha in the UK, have announced their intentions to release the cult classic cartoon "The Mysterious Cities of Gold" in the UK during February 2008.

The 39 episode anime series, co-funded by French producers, was animated by Studio Pierrot (who would later go on to work on the likes of Naruto and Bleach) in 1982 and was actually broadcast 5 years later on UK TV by the BBC, hence entering the collective consciousness of an entire generation of British children.
