Just wanted to know what everyones fav samurai movies are. Mine are Seven Samurai and the Zatoichis.

Probably either Zatoichi or the Lone Wolf and Cub movies (apart from the last one).

Not really a film, but the TV series Zankuro (which had Watanabe Ken as the lead role) from ages ago.

Does "Ronin" count, I know it not a samurai at all but the name Ronin dose mean exiled samurai or somthing along those lines, LOL JK, tis good film though, Im gona have to go with "Seventh Samurai" as well 8)

Yeh I think ronin means materless samurai. Cus when their lord died they were meant to kill themselves, though some refused.

there like Samurai for hire aint they, They failed to save there master, refused to kill them selfs so the hire them selfs out to other masters as Mercanarys.

I wouldn't really call Samurai X a Samurai movie, more like an anime movie. D;

I like Seven Samurai.
