MVM announced to UKA that Bodacious Space Pirates has been moved UP the schedule to Late January/Early February 2013!

The series will be released in 2 sets with 13 episodes each.

Good news!

This is probably the only show I've managed to get excited about in the last 6 months - so pleased to see it getting a release.

Would hope to see a complete box set at some stage, though.

It's up for preorder now, February 4th. They seem to be saying that it's a complete collection now? That would be surprising, especially at that low price. The details such as the running time on their site might be placeholders so it's hard to tell.
