Samurai Flamenco Added To Netflix

It might be time to SIT DOWN and watch the latest television anime series from director Takahiro Omori (BacannoDurarara) and Manglobe (Samurai ChamplooThe World God Only Knows) as the superhero comedy-drama Samurai Flamenco has become the latest of Anime Limited’s catalogue to the added to the premium Netflix streaming service, following the arrival of Gurren Lagann and Kill la Kill earlier this year.

Despite having no superpowers, the male model Masayoshi Hazama decides to become a superhero, donning the name “Samurai Flamenco” and fighting crime in the name of justice. However, in a twist of fate, the police officer Hidenori Goto learns of his secret identity that the two end up having to discover what it truly means to be a hero of justice when they are made to confront villains thought to only exist in the realms of fiction.

Anime Limited simulcast the series via the Wakamin service when it originally aired between October 2013 and March 2014.
